Spring greens and sprouted sunflower seed stirfry

Leftover stirfry with basmati. The meal was so delicious I ate it before I could photograph it!

Herby lentil stuffed portabello mushrooms with tomato basil couli and tenderstem broccoli

Since May I have been getting organic vegetables from Riverford and experimenting with their recipes. This was a treat and easy to make. The mushrooms were grilled with garlic.
Definitely have again.

Liz's herby flatbread and super green salad


This is the first new recipe of 2012! Last year I had more time for recipes. This year I have been focusing on catching up with friends and family - some I haven't seen for up to 6 years! 


Though I have eaten this before when my friend Liz introduced me to it, this is the first time I've made this meal and it won't be the last. It was really easy and really tasty. 
The salad had loads of flavour with rocket, parsley, mint, coriander, basil and dill. And the buckwheat, chick peas and kidney beans filled me up.
